PTSD

I was recently hospitalised for 5 weeks for severe PTSD – flashbacks from all the abuse I and my 2 adult children have been through over the years.  This diagnosis of severe PTSD and ailments coming against me, has been extremely difficult over the last 5 years. Because I had been hospitalised for 5 weeks, the professionals working alongside me didn’t think I would ever get back into my home. 

Different people who were walking with me have been praying.  My Pastor was an encouragement to me, after hearing I received certain scriptures when I was on a journey of advanced ovarian cancer – of which I received a miraculous healing – 6 years no cancer!  I came to the Capital Healing Rooms and received a song from one of the team – “Turn your eyes upon Jesus”.  I was also declaring “I’m an overcomer in Christ Jesus my Lord” and reminding myself I am a warrior and that my identity is in Christ Jesus.

 Every morning as soon as I woke (in hospital), I would sing this song and consistently meditate on the Word of God and remind myself I’m a daughter of the King of Kings, healed and restored.

 After 5 weeks hospitalisation, I am NOW HOME – Glory to God!!
